1. To accept a return/exchange request, it must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. The cost of return/exchange shipping is free within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria. For other governorates, the customer covers half the shipping cost.
3. The product must be in its original condition and accompanied by the invoice.
4. Products that are damaged, worn, or missing the invoice are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
5. Each order is allowed one post-purchase transaction, whether a return or an exchange.
6. If a second exchange or return is requested, the full shipping cost will be charged for all governorates.
7. Return/exchange requests will be completed within 5 to 7 business days.
8. Products purchased with a discount code or during sale periods are non-refundable, but can be exchanged only.

   2. تكلفة الاستبدال/الاسترجاع مجانًا في القاهرة، الجيزة، والإسكندرية. لأي محافظة تانية، العميل بيتحمل نص تكلفة الشحن.
   3. المنتج لازم يكون في حالته الأصلية ومعاه الفاتورة.
   4. المنتجات اللي تلفت، أو تم استخدامها، أو ضاعت فاتورتها، غير مؤهلة للاسترداد أو الاستبدال.
   5. لكل طلب عملية واحدة بعد الشراء، سواء كانت استبدال أو استرجاع.
   6. في حالة طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع للمرة التانية، تكلفة الشحن بتكون كاملة على العميل لكل المحافظات.
   7. يتم تسليم طلب الاستبدال/الاسترجاع خلال 5-7 أيام عمل.
