Havva Dose Return & Exchange Policy (English)

At Havva Dose, we always ensure that all our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases and the service we provide.

• We offer a simple and flexible return and exchange policy.

• To request a return or exchange, please contact us via our Facebook or Instagram pages.

Important Note: Opening/inspecting the package upon delivery is not allowed.

Terms & Conditions

1. To accept a return/exchange request, it must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return/exchange shipping is free within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria. For other governorates, the customer covers half the shipping cost.

3. The product must be in its original condition and accompanied by the invoice.

4. Products that are damaged, worn/used, or missing the invoice are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

5. Each order is allowed one post-purchase transaction, whether a return or an exchange.

6. If a second exchange or return is requested, the full shipping cost will be charged for all governorates.

7. Return/exchange requests will be completed within 5–7 business days.

8. Products purchased with a discount code or during sale periods are non-refundable, but can be exchanged only.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع (العربي)

في هافادوس، بنحرص دايمًا إن كل عملائنا يكونوا راضيين تمامًا عن مشترياتهم والخدمة اللي بنقدملهم.

• بنقدم سياسة استرجاع واستبدال سهلة ومرنة.

• لتقديم طلب استرجاع/استبدال، تقدر تتواصل معانا عبر فيسبوك أو إنستجرام.

ملحوظة مهمة: غير مسموح بفتح الشنطة/الأوردر وقت الاستلام.

الشروط والأحكام

1. لقبول طلب الاسترجاع/الاستبدال، لازم الطلب يكون خلال ١٤ يوم من تاريخ استلام الشحنة. أي طلب بعد المدة دي مش هيتقبل.

2. تكلفة شحن الاستبدال/الاسترجاع مجانًا داخل القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية. لأي محافظة تانية، العميل بيتحمل نص تكلفة الشحن.

3. لازم المنتج يكون في حالته الأصلية ومعاه الفاتورة.

4. المنتجات اللي اتلفت أو تم استخدامها أو من غير فاتورة غير مؤهلة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.

5. لكل أوردر عملية واحدة بعد الشراء (استبدال أو استرجاع).

6. في حالة طلب الاستبدال/الاسترجاع للمرة التانية، العميل بيتحمل تكلفة الشحن كاملة في كل المحافظات.

7. بيتم إنهاء طلب الاستبدال/الاسترجاع خلال ٥–٧ أيام عمل.

8. المنتجات اللي تم شراؤها باستخدام كود خصم أو خلال فترات العروض غير قابلة للاسترجاع، لكن ممكن الاستبدال فقط.
