HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
- Cairo, Giza, Helwan, 6th of October and Alexandria: 2–3 working days
- All other governorates: 4–6 working days
Weekends and official holidays aren't counted. See our Shipping Policy.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
- 59 EGP: Cairo, Giza, Helwan, 6th of October
- 65 EGP: Alexandria
- 95 EGP: Delta & Canal cities
- 130 EGP: Upper Egypt
- 150 EGP: Matrouh, Red Sea, South Sinai, New Valley
We don't currently deliver to North Sinai. Your exact fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
CAN I OPEN THE PACKAGE ON DELIVERY?
No, the order can't be opened on delivery, even while the courier is there. Instead, you can return or exchange it within 14 days: free in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and for half the shipping fee in other governorates.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT & HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
- You can return any item, including sale items, within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To start a return, send us your order number by WhatsApp or phone on +20 104 405 0588, by email to info@havvadose.com, or as a message on Facebook or Instagram.
- Return shipping is free in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria. In other governorates, you pay half the shipping fee.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition, with the invoice.
- We refund within 5–7 working days after we receive the item, by InstaPay or cash through the courier.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
- You can exchange for another size or color, subject to availability, within 14 days. Contact us the same way as for returns.
- Exchange shipping is free in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria. In other governorates, you pay half the shipping fee.
- Each order includes one exchange at this cost. Any further exchange on the same order pays the full shipping fee.

WHEN WILL OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS BE AVAILABLE?
Please contact our customer service team. They can confirm the expected restock date and reserve the product for you when possible.
HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY BAG?
- Store it properly: Keep it in a cool, dry place away from light, ideally in a dust bag or cotton pillowcase.
- Avoid heat and sun: Don't leave it in direct sunlight or near constant heat, to prevent deformation or color change.
- Protect the lining: Use small pouches for cosmetics and liquids to avoid spills and keep the bag organized.

حاليًا مش بنوصّل لشمال سيناء. مصاريف الشحن بتظهرلك في صفحة الدفع قبل ما تأكد الأوردر.
ينفع أفتح الأوردر وقت الاستلام؟
لا، مش متاح فتح الأوردر وقت الاستلام حتى والمندوب موجود، وبدل كده تقدر تستبدل أو ترجّع خلال ١٤ يوم: مجانًا في القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية، وبنص مصاريف الشحن في باقي المحافظات.
إزاي أعمل استرجاع وتكلفته كام؟
- تقدر ترجّع أي منتج، حتى منتجات العروض، خلال ١٤ يوم من استلام الأوردر.
- ابعتلنا رقم الأوردر على واتساب أو تليفون +20 104 405 0588، أو على الإيميل info@havvadose.com، أو رسالة على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام.
- شحن الاسترجاع مجاني في القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية، وفي باقي المحافظات بتدفع نص مصاريف الشحن.
- المنتج يكون مش مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية ومعاه الفاتورة.
- بنرجعلك فلوسك خلال ٥–٧ أيام عمل من استلام المنتج، على إنستاباي أو كاش مع المندوب.
إزاي أعمل استبدال؟
- تقدر تبدّل بمقاس أو لون تاني حسب المتاح خلال ١٤ يوم، وبتتواصل معانا بنفس الطريقة.
- شحن الاستبدال مجاني في القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية، وفي باقي المحافظات بتدفع نص مصاريف الشحن.
- لكل أوردر استبدال واحد بالتكلفة دي، وأي استبدال تاني على نفس الأوردر بيتحسب بـمصاريف الشحن كاملة.

إزاي أحافظ على الشنطة؟
- خزّنها صح: في مكان بارد وجاف وبعيد عن الضوء، ويفضّل في dust bag أو كيس قطن.
- بعيد عن الشمس والحرارة: عشان ميحصلش تغيير في اللون أو تشوّه في الشكل.
- احمي البطانة: استخدمي pouches للمكياج والسوائل عشان تمنعي أي تسريب وتنظمي الشنطة.
