Return & Refund Policy

Return window: You can return or exchange any item, including sale items, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and come with the invoice. Items that are worn, damaged by use or missing the invoice can't be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return or exchange: Send us your order number by WhatsApp or phone on +20 104 405 0588, by email to info@havvadose.com, or as a message on our Facebook or Instagram page. We'll confirm your request and arrange a courier pickup.

Return shipping cost:

• Free in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria.
• In all other governorates, you pay half of the shipping fee for your area (see our Shipping Policy).
• Each order includes one exchange at the cost above. Any further exchange on the same order pays the full shipping fee in all governorates.

Refunds: We issue your refund within 5–7 working days after we receive and check the returned item. For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund by InstaPay or in cash through the courier, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges: You can exchange an item for another size or color, subject to availability.

Please note: The order can't be opened on delivery, even while the courier is there. Instead, you can return or exchange it within 14 days: free in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and for half the shipping fee in other governorates.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

المدة: تقدر تستبدل أو ترجّع أي منتج، حتى منتجات العروض، خلال ١٤ يوم من استلام الأوردر.

الشروط: المنتج يكون مش مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية وبالكرتونة ومعاه الفاتورة. مش بنقبل استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات المستخدمة أو اللي اتلفت أو اللي من غير فاتورة.

إزاي تبدأ: ابعتلنا رقم الأوردر على واتساب أو تليفون ‎+20 104 405 0588، أو على الإيميل info@havvadose.com، أو رسالة على صفحتنا على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام. هنأكد طلبك ونبعتلك مندوب يستلم المنتج.

تكلفة شحن الاسترجاع:

• مجانًا في القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية.
• في باقي المحافظات بتدفع نص مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بمنطقتك (شوف سياسة الشحن).
• لكل أوردر استبدال واحد بالتكلفة دي. أي استبدال تاني على نفس الأوردر بتدفع فيه مصاريف الشحن كاملة في كل المحافظات.

رد الفلوس: بنرجعلك فلوسك خلال ٥–٧ أيام عمل من استلام المنتج ومراجعته. لأوردرات الدفع عند الاستلام بنرجّع المبلغ على إنستاباي أو كاش مع المندوب، زي ما تحب.

الاستبدال: تقدر تبدّل بمقاس أو لون تاني حسب المتاح.

ملحوظة: مش متاح فتح الأوردر وقت الاستلام حتى والمندوب موجود، وبدل كده تقدر تستبدل أو ترجّع خلال ١٤ يوم: مجانًا في القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية، وبنص مصاريف الشحن في باقي المحافظات.
