HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery takes 4–6 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping fees are:

• 80 EGP within Cairo

• 85 EGP for Alexandria

• 95 EGP for Delta & Canal Cities

• 130 EGP to Upper Egypt

• 150 EGP for Sinai, Red Sea & Marsa Matrouh

CAN I OPEN THE PACKAGE ON DELIVERY?

No. Opening/inspecting the package upon delivery is not allowed.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT & HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us via our Facebook or Instagram pages.

• Return shipping is free within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria. For other governorates, the customer covers half the shipping cost.

• The item must be in original condition and accompanied by the invoice.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

• You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us via Facebook or Instagram.

• Exchange shipping is free within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria. For other governorates, the customer covers half the shipping cost.

• Each order allows one post-purchase request (return or exchange). Any second request will be charged full shipping cost.

WHEN WILL OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS BE AVAILABLE?

Please contact our customer service team. They can confirm the expected restock date and reserve the product for you when possible.

HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY BAG?

Here are a few tips to keep your bag in excellent condition:

• Store it properly: Keep it in a cool, dry place away from light (preferably in a dust bag or cotton pillowcase).

• Avoid heat and sun: Do not leave it in direct sunlight or near constant heat to prevent deformation or color change.

• Protect the lining: Use small pouches for cosmetics and liquids to avoid spills and keep the bag organized.

قد إيه بياخد التوصيل؟

التوصيل بياخد 4–6 أيام عمل (من غير الويك إند والإجازات الرسمية).

• تكلفة الشحن كام؟
  رسوم الشحن:

  • 80 جنيه داخل القاهرة

  • 85 جنيه للإسكندرية

  • 95 جنيه للدلتا ومدن القناة

  • 130 جنيه للصعيد

  • 150 جنيه لسيناء/البحر الأحمر/مرسى مطروح

ينفع أفتح الشنطة وقت الاستلام؟

لا. غير مسموح بفتح الشنطة/الأوردر وقت الاستلام.

إزاي أعمل استرجاع وتكلفته كام؟

• تقدر تقدم طلب استرجاع خلال ١٤ يوم من استلام الأوردر عن طريق التواصل معانا على  فيسبوك أو إنستجرام.

• شحن الاسترجاع مجاني داخل القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية، وباقي المحافظات العميل بيتحمل نص تكلفة الشحن.

• لازم المنتج يكون في حالته الأصلية ومعاه الفاتورة.

إزاي أعمل استبدال؟

• تقدر تقدم طلب استبدال خلال ١٤ يوم من استلام الأوردر عن طريق فيسبوك أو إنستجرام.

• شحن الاستبدال مجاني داخل القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية، وباقي المحافظات العميل بيتحمل نص تكلفة الشحن.

• لكل أوردر عملية واحدة بعد الشراء (استبدال أو استرجاع). لو طلبت مرة تانية، الشحن بيتحسب كامل.

المنتجات اللي Out of Stock هتتوفر إمتى؟

كلم خدمة العملاء، وهيأكدوا لك ميعاد التوفر وممكن يحجزوا المنتج لك لو متاح.

إزاي أحافظ على الشنطة؟

شوية نصايح بسيطة:

• تخزين صح: في مكان بارد وجاف وبعيد عن الضوء (داخل dust bag أو كيس قطن).

• ابعد عن الشمس والحرارة: علشان مايحصلش تغيير لون أو تشوّه في الشكل.

• حماية البطانة: استخدم pouches للمكياج والسوائل عشان تمنع أي تسريب وتنظيم أفضل.
