- The cost of return/exchange shipping is free within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria. For other governorates, the customer covers half the shipping cost.
- The product must be in its original condition and accompanied by the invoice.
- Products that are damaged, worn, or missing the invoice are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Each order is allowed one post-purchase transaction, whether a return or an exchange.
- If a second exchange or return is requested, the full shipping cost will be charged for all governorates.
- Return/exchange requests will be completed within 5 to 7 business days.
- Products purchased with a discount code or during sale periods are non-refundable, but can be exchanged only.
