Order Inspection (Open on Delivery)

• You may open and inspect your order when the courier arrives, before accepting it.
• If you decide not to receive the order after inspection, it will be handled as a return request.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

Terms & Conditions

1. Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return/exchange shipping fees are charged at the same rate as a normal order shipping fee (based on your governorate).
3. The product must be in its original condition and accompanied by the invoice.
4. Products that are damaged, worn/used, or missing the invoice are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Each order is allowed one post-purchase transaction, either a return or an exchange.
6. If a second return/exchange is requested, shipping fees will be charged again at the normal shipping rate.
7. Return/exchange requests will be completed within 5–7 business days.
8. Items purchased using a discount code or during sale periods are non-refundable, but exchange is allowed (shipping fees apply).

في هافادوس، بنحرص دايمًا إن كل عملائنا يكونوا راضيين تمامًا عن مشترياتهم والخدمة اللي بنقدّمها.

فتح الأوردر وقت الاستلام

• تقدر تفتح الأوردر وتعاين المنتج عند وصول المندوب قبل ما تستلم.
• لو قررت متستلمش الأوردر بعد المعاينة، ده بيتحسب كطلب استرجاع.

الشروط والأحكام

1. لازم طلب الاستبدال/الاسترجاع يتم خلال ١٤ يوم من تاريخ استلام الشحنة. أي طلب بعد المدة دي مش هيتم قبوله.
2. رسوم شحن الاستبدال/الاسترجاع بتكون بنفس رسوم شحن الطلب العادي (حسب المحافظة).
3. لازم المنتج يكون في حالته الأصلية ومعاه الفاتورة.
4. المنتجات اللي اتلفت، أو تم استخدامها، أو من غير فاتورة غير مؤهلة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
5. لكل أوردر عملية واحدة بعد الشراء (استبدال أو استرجاع).
6. في حالة طلب استبدال/استرجاع للمرة التانية، رسوم الشحن بتتحسب تاني بنفس رسوم الشحن العادي.
7. يتم إنهاء طلب الاستبدال/الاسترجاع خلال ٥–٧ أيام عمل.
8. المنتجات اللي تم شراؤها باستخدام كود خصم أو خلال فترات السيل/العروض غير قابلة للاسترجاع، لكن ممكن الاستبدال (مع تطبيق رسوم الشحن).
